Product overview

VIFA Plus steel coil is Ton Viet Phap’s premium pre-painted line, produced on an automated line with an NOF annealing furnace and developed specifically for Vietnam’s climate, where a steel roof has to take high temperature and high humidity at once.

It has a six-layer build-up on cold-rolled steel 0.16 – 1.0 mm thick, an AZ35 aluminium-zinc coating (35 g/m²) and a 20 – 25 µm top coat. VIFA+ meets Japanese standard JIS G3322, US standard ASTM A755/A755M, European standard BS EN 10169 and Korean standard KS D 3862.

The manufacturer warrants VIFA+ for 5 years against fading and 15 – 20 years against perforation, nationwide through Ton Viet Phap’s 1900 0389 hotline, with traceability by coil or order number. Phu Son Group distributes and processes VIFA Plus coil for civil buildings, small and medium factories, engineering workshops and warehousing.

Smart heat reflection

A proprietary technology that isolates the roof from solar heat, lowering the roof surface temperature by up to 5°C and cutting cooling energy five times more than ordinary galvanized sheet.
