PIR insulated panel
The PIR panel uses a polyisocyanurate core — an upgrade on PU with a more thermally stable closed-cell structure. It has the lowest thermal conductivity of any of our panels and better fire performance, which suits cold stores and cleanrooms.

- Effective width: 1,130 / 1,000 mm
- Core density: 45 ± 3 kg/m³
PU Insulated Panel
The PU (polyurethane) panel is an effective insulation solution built around a rigid, high-density PU core that blocks heat transfer, saves energy and keeps the internal environment stable. It is produced on modern lines, installs quickly and suits a wide range of projects.
- Thickness: 40 – 200 mm
- Effective width: 1,130 / 1,000 mm
- Core density: 40 ± 3 kg/m³
EPS insulated panel
The EPS panel uses an expanded polystyrene core, balancing insulation against cost. Light and quick to install, it is the economical choice for partitions, ceilings and factory cladding.
- Thickness: 50 – 200 mm
- Effective width: 1,000 / 1,150 mm
- Core density: 8 – 25 kg/m³
Acoustic glass wool panel
The glass wool panel uses a glass fibre core — lighter than rock wool but still non-combustible, a good sound absorber and environmentally friendly. It suits partitions, ceilings and anywhere needing acoustic treatment.

- Effective width: 1,000 / 1,150 mm
- Core density: 48 – 72 kg/m³
Fire-resistant rock wool panel
The rock wool panel uses a stone mineral wool core — all but non-combustible and a good sound absorber. The choice for fire compartmentation, fire-rated walls and heavy industrial buildings.

- Core density: ≥ 40 / ≥ 90 kg/m³
MGO U-groove panel
Interior wall panel with a magnesium oxide (MGO) core and U-groove joint, 220 – 223 kg/m³, 50 mm thick, 1,150 mm effective width.

- Effective / product width: 1,150 / 1,170 mm
Javta insulation panel
Flat insulation board 1,200 x 2,440 mm with a PU/PIR core at 40 – 60 kg/m³, 20 – 50 mm thick, faced both sides in cement board or foil.
