Sliding and hinged cold storage doors made by Phu Son with a 40 kg/m³ PU foam core, up to 3,500 x 5,000 mm, for anything from a chilled store to a -45°C freezer.
Product overview
Phu Son manufactures and installs the complete range of cold store doors: sliding doors for cold and freezer stores, and hinged doors for above-zero and deep-freeze stores. The leaf uses a 40 kg/m³ PU foam core matched to the cold store panel system.
Sliding doors have a heating element to stop the frame icing, and work down to -45°C. Hinged doors are used on above-zero stores over 7°C and on deep-freeze stores, are smaller, and have no heating element.

Door frame and leafA door leaf with a 40 kg/m³ PU foam core faced in steel or stainless steel, 50 – 150 mm thick depending on the temperature range.
Sealing gasketApplied and brushed sealant keep the joint tight and limit heat loss at the door gap.

- Sliding door: leaf thickness 100 mm (stores down to -20°C) or 125 – 150 mm (stores from -20°C to -45°C); sizes 600x600 to 3,500x5,000 mm; heating element fitted.
- Hinged door: leaf thickness 50 mm (above-zero stores over 7°C) or 75 mm (deep-freeze stores); sizes 600x600 to 1,500x2,500 mm; no heating element.
- Core: PU foam at 40 kg/m³. Single or double leaf.
