Safety first
“Safety first” — the slogan you see across every Phu Son plant and site. We understand that delivering buildings that exceed expectations depends, first and last, on a workplace that is safe.
So we meet and strictly follow the safety requirements of production and installation, and have made that part of what Phu Son is — so that nothing goes wrong and no one gets hurt while we work.
A safety check before every shift is mandatory on every site and project Phu Son runs, and everyone — staff and workers alike — must follow the protective equipment rules without exception.

The working environment at our offices, plants and projects is always kept to the 5S standard, and we have invested carefully in waste treatment and environmental protection.
OHSAS and ISO 45001 management systems are applied to demonstrate Phu Son's commitment and responsibility towards the environment.
To raise awareness of fire safety and everyone's part in it, Phu Son works each year with the Hanoi and Thanh Tri District fire services to run fire-fighting and rescue training for all staff and workers.
