Patent for the line that rolls PU roofing panels up to 100 m long on site

One of Phu Son Group’s technology milestones is a patented line for insulated, sound-absorbing, leak-proof PU roofing that can be taken to site to produce panels up to 100 m long.

With ordinary roofing, the maximum length is limited by what can be transported — about 33 m. Every extra join is another place a roof can leak, especially on a long-span factory.

The mobile line removes that limit entirely. The Kliplock K400/K450 PU 2-rib panel has a 2-rib steel skin 0.35 – 0.50 mm thick, a PU core at 38±3 kg/m³ and 10 – 60 mm thick, and a PP / foil / plain steel underside 0.30 – 0.45 mm thick.
