Product overview
Gold pre-painted aluminium-zinc coated coil is a premium line produced on continuous hot-dip and continuous colour-coating lines, meeting European standard BS EN 10169 and Japanese standard JIS G3322 within an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
The aluminium-zinc coating together with a Polyester / Super Polyester paint system gives outstanding durability, standing up to weather and corrosion far better than ordinary galvanized sheet. It suits civil and industrial buildings that need a long service life: roofing, partition systems, factory suspended ceilings and as the raw material for sandwich panels.

Continuous hot-dip coating technology
A 100 – 150 g/m² coating applied evenly to both faces, resisting corrosion well in coastal air and industrial areas full of metal dust.
Color-fast paint system
A 10 – 30 µm Polyester / Super Polyester finish with ≥ 99% adhesion and no fading after 500 hours of weathering.
Long-term warranty
A 10-year warranty against fading and 30 years against corrosion perforation, subject to the warranty terms.
Flexible applications
Used directly as roofing, partitions and suspended ceilings, or as the facing material for sandwich panels.
