Product overview
The Javta PU 11-rib panel is the three-layer version of the 11-rib industrial profile: a steel top skin, a PU insulation core and an underside lining. Each sheet carries eleven 17 mm ribs at even spacing, so the roof reads flatter and more regular than the wide-rib profiles — the choice where appearance matters.
The effective width is 1,000 mm (1,080 mm product width) and the PU core is 16 mm at 35 ± 3 kg/m³, giving far better thermal and acoustic performance than single-skin sheet in the same profile. The panel is stiff, easy to handle and saves on purlins and installation labour.
Use it as roofing or wall cladding on factories, warehouses, offices, resorts, farms and swiftlet houses — laid down the slope on a steel frame, with the matching Phu Son roofing and panel trims.
