SeamLock 3-rib roofing panel, 1,000 mm effective width, steel 0.30 – 0.80 mm, with optional rock wool / glass wool and an insulating lining.
Product overview
The Javta SeamLock 3-rib panel uses a seam-lock joint — two panels lock together along the rib with no fixings through the roof. This is the line Phu Son has supplied to a number of FDI projects in Tuyen Quang and Hung Yen.
A rock wool or glass wool layer and an insulating underside lining can be added to suit the project. The SeamLock profile can also be curved for arched roofs.
The roof surface carries no screw penetrations at all: sheets lock together on a standing seam held by clips, so the roof withstands storms above force 12 — the choice for large-span factories, low-pitch roofs and coastal sites. The three 82 mm ribs drain very quickly.
