Project overview
The C&G Dong Van II smart warehouse is a large logistics building at Dong Van II Industrial Park, Duy Tien, Ha Nam. Every exterior wall uses 50 mm EPS panels made by Phu Son.
EPS panels were chosen for the exterior walls for their light weight, steady insulation, sensible cost and speed of erection over a large area. Phu Son produced them to the project’s exact dimensions, with matching specifications and fixing accessories.
Project requirements
- Cladding for a large warehouse needing steady insulation and fast installation.
- 10,000 m² called for uninterrupted deliveries.
- A consistent panel specification that is easy to erect and maintain.
