Project overview
The Casablanca supermarket bag factory at Non Sao Industrial Cluster, Lang Giang, Bac Giang has the largest roof of any Phu Son roofing project, at 15,000 m².
The roof uses three-layer Kliplock 2-rib panels — a steel top skin, an insulation core and a steel underside — joined by a concealed-fix clip, which keeps penetrations through the roof to a minimum.
Project requirements
- A large roof needing long-term heat and leak protection.
- As few screw penetrations through the roof as possible to limit the risk of water ingress.
- 15,000 m² called for steady supply through the roofing programme.
